You might have a lot of questions about ManageSpace. Here you;ll find the answers to most of them but if there is anything that isn't answered here or elsewhere on the site then please use the Contact Form to get in touch and we'll answer anything you care to ask.

Q. When ManageSpace is updated, is my site updated too?
A. Yes, all websites created with MangeSite, whether rented or purchased, are updated automatically to the latest version of the software.

Q. What support is available?
A. E-Mail based support is available for free, there is also a "Bug Report" feature within the site if you find any problems whilst using the system. Full details are available when you open your ManageSpace website.

Q. Can I host my ManageSpace website anywhere?
A. No, we have to host your ManageSpace website as our hosts have all the features available that your site needs. The cost of hosting the site is included in the ManageSpace costs.

Q. Do I have FTP access to my site?
A. No, everything you need to get access to your site is provided through the ManageSpace admin area. If you wish to add anything to your site, let us know and we'll see if it can be included.

Q. When my domain is registered, can I setup e-mail accounts?
A. Yes, you can have up to five e-mail accounts including one "catch-all" account free when you setup a ManageSpace website.

Q. Can I have more E-Mail addresses?
A. Yes you can. E-Mail addresses can be bought in blocks of 10 for £10 per year (+ vat).
